We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $50. Yay!

The majority are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Some orders depending on destination may come by UPS or FedEx.

Canada/all orders outside of the US are responsible for the Exact shipping cost and ALL duty and taxes. (Duty and taxes are not collected at the time of purchase, but by delivering carrier)

Returns + Exchanges

We welcome all APPROVED and qualifying returns for refund/exchange within 10 days from the date your order was received.

*If you ship the item back without pre-authorization we will deduct 50% from the refund price.

Please note Items that can not be returned:
If it smells of smoke, body odor, perfume, has stains, has animal hair, has been washed/worn, deodorant marks, Make-up marks or if the item is damaged due to neglect, will not be refunded. NO exceptions.

Items must be in their original condition you received it.

**Holiday Exceptions: Sale Nov. 10 -Dec. 20 Have extended Christmas exceptions will be made to 10 past Dec. 25)

Returns for Refund

All return requests must be made within 10 days of your shipment’s receipt date to process a refund. Please email us at Royals@NoblePetsProducts.com.

Please Note items that can not be returned as stated above.

  2. Once approved – We will email you a return label.
  3. Return in the original packaging and condition within 10 days of the date of your approval. $5.95 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund issued. Return orders requesting store credit will be exempt from the $5.95 request/return made within the return window.
  4. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and issuing a refund.
  5. Returns requested between 10-30 days of order arrival date qualify for Noble Pets Products store credit only with $5.95 restocking fee.

Items that can not be returned are documented above!

Refunds are returned to the form of payment the order was originally placed under (or store credit). The credit card company may take up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account.

Returns for Exchanges

All exchange orders request must be made within 10 days of the date your shipment is received. Please use the above form for the request. Please Note items that cannot be returned as stated above.

  1. Fill emails us at Royals@NoblePetsProducts.com.  Please include request exchanged notes. Do Not leave this blank.
  2. Once approved – We will email you a return label.
  3. Return in the original packaging and condition within 10 days of the date of your approval.
  4. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing the return and issuing the exchange.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We will do all we can to assist with canceling your order before it has shipped. Please reach out in those instances, a refund will be processed once we receive the package back within 10 days of the date the customer has received their shipment.  Shipping is NOT refunded.
